根據《基本法》第七十九 (七 )條，議員如行為不檢或違反誓言而經立法會出席會議的議員三分之二通過譴責，由立法會主席宣告其喪失立法會議員的資格。這個條例也同樣對區議員有法律效用嗎？應向那個部門投訴？

I'm a whampoa garden resident and take a bus to office every weekday morning at Whampoa Garden Bus Station (next to UA Cinema).

In the recent months, you and Mr. Chan have distributed the pamphlet several times around 8am to remind us the achievements you have made to the residents.

I hope you can use another environmental friendly way to promote your past achievement and policy you would like to address.

What I can do is to ignore your friendly approach since you're doing some polluted to the community and even choose another candidates in the coming election.
